Privacy Policy
How FacilityOps AI collects, uses and protects your information.
FacilityOps AI Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 15, 2026
This policy explains what personal information FacilityOps AI collects through its websites, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have. We collect only what we need to answer your questions, run our sites and tell operators about our autonomous inspection platform. We do not sell personal information.
1. Who we are and what this policy covers
FacilityOps AI is a d/b/a of RoboSkill Inc., a Delaware corporation (“FacilityOps”, “we”, “us”). We are the business responsible for the personal information described here.
This policy applies to:
- facilityops.ai and its subdomains, including our landing pages (for example enhance.facilityops.ai and augment.facilityops.ai)
- the forms on those sites, such as demo, pilot, report and contact requests
- emails and calls between you and us that start from those sites, and our business marketing emails
- events and trade shows where we collect your contact details
This policy does not cover data our robots, sensor hubs and software collect inside a customer’s facility while we deliver our services. That data belongs to the customer and is handled under our contract with them. If you work for one of our customers and have a question about that data, please contact your employer first.
Our sites may link to other websites, such as LinkedIn or a partner’s site. Their own privacy policies apply there, not this one.
2. Information we collect
We collect business contact information you give us, technical information your browser sends when you visit, and limited business information from other sources.
Information you give us
- Form details: your name, work email, company, job title or role, and anything you write in a message box when you request a demo, a pilot, a report or a call.
- Correspondence: what you send us by email, phone or video call, including meeting notes we take.
- Event details: what you share with us at trade shows, association meetings or demos, such as a business card or a badge scan.
Information collected automatically
- Device and connection data: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, language and approximate location (city or region) worked out from your IP address.
- Usage data: pages you view, links and buttons you click, how far you scroll, time on page, the page that sent you to us, and the time and date of your visit.
- Campaign data: the ad or link that brought you to us, such as UTM tags and the Google Ads click identifier. When you send a form, we store the campaign tags with your request so we know which campaign it came from.
- Session recordings: our analytics tool records how visitors move through our pages, such as mouse movements, clicks and scrolling. It is set to hide sensitive text you type into forms, such as email addresses.
See Section 5 for the cookies and similar tools that collect this information.
Information from other sources
- Business data providers: we use B2B data services to identify the companies that visit our site and to add business details to a lead, such as company size, industry and public job title.
- Email checks: when you send a form, an email validation service checks that your email address is real and is a work address.
- Partners and referrals: people who introduce us to you may share your business contact details with us.
- Public sources: professional profiles and company websites.
We do not ask for, and ask you not to send us, sensitive information such as government ID numbers, financial account numbers or health information.
3. How we use information
We use personal information to answer you, to run and improve our sites, and to market our services to businesses.
- Respond to you: send the report, case study or information you asked for, schedule calls and demos, and follow up on pilot requests.
- Run our business relationship: plan and deliver pilots, prepare proposals and contracts, and keep records of our conversations.
- Business marketing: send you relevant updates, case studies and event invitations, and show our ads to people likely to be interested. You can opt out at any time (Section 7).
- Measure and improve: understand which pages and campaigns work, fix problems and make our sites easier to use.
- Keep things secure: block spam, fake form submissions and misuse, and protect our sites, systems and people.
- Meet legal duties: keep records the law requires, answer lawful requests, and enforce our terms.
We do not use your information to make decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you based only on automated processing.
Legal bases for people in the EU, EEA and UK
If GDPR or UK GDPR applies to you, we rely on these legal bases:
- Steps before a contract, or a contract: when you ask us for a pilot, proposal or service.
- Legitimate interests: answering business enquiries, business marketing to professionals, measuring and improving our sites, and security. We balance these interests against your rights, and you can object at any time.
- Consent: non essential cookies and similar tools where the law requires consent, and marketing emails where consent is required. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing.
- Legal obligation: when we must keep or disclose information by law.
4. How we share information
We share personal information only with companies that help us run our business, and only as this policy describes. We do not sell personal information for money.
Service providers that process information for us under contract, including:
- Hosting and website: Hostinger (web hosting and content delivery) and WordPress tools that run our forms, store form entries and filter spam.
- Email: our business email provider and the email delivery service that sends form notifications.
- Email validation: ZeroBounce, which checks that a submitted email address is valid.
- Analytics: Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity.
- Advertising: Google Ads, through Google Tag Manager, to measure which ads lead to requests.
- Sales and marketing data: Apollo.io, which identifies companies that visit our site and adds business details to leads, and our sales and email tools.
- Productivity and cloud: Microsoft and Google services we use to store documents and work together.
Advertising and analytics partners. Google, Microsoft and Apollo.io may also use information collected through their tools on our sites under their own privacy policies. Under some US state laws, letting ad partners collect data on our sites to show ads to you elsewhere may count as “sharing” for cross context behavioral advertising, or “targeted advertising”. You can opt out of this (Section 6).
Other disclosures. We may disclose information:
- to our professional advisers, such as lawyers, accountants and auditors
- when the law requires it, or to respond to valid legal process
- to protect the rights, property or safety of FacilityOps, our customers or others
- as part of a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of assets, under the same protections
- to anyone else with your permission
We may share information that is combined or deidentified so it no longer identifies you.
5. Cookies and similar tools
Our sites use cookies, pixels and scripts to work properly, to measure visits and to measure ads. Cookies are small files your browser stores; scripts and pixels do similar jobs.
- Essential: keep the site and forms working and block spam. These cannot be turned off.
- Preferences: remember choices such as whether you closed a popup (Popup Maker cookies, names starting with “pum”).
- Analytics: Google Analytics (cookies named “_ga”) counts visits and shows how people use our pages. Microsoft Clarity (cookies named “_clck” and “_clsk”) shows heatmaps and session recordings.
- Advertising: Google Ads, through Google Tag Manager (cookie named “_gcl_au”), measures which ads lead to requests and may be used to show our ads to past visitors.
- Business identification: Apollo.io’s script identifies the company behind a visit from its IP address and may set its own cookie.
Your choices
- Browser settings: you can block or delete cookies in your browser. Some parts of our sites may not work without essential cookies.
- Global Privacy Control: we are setting up our sites to treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as a request to opt out of sharing and targeted advertising. Until then, email info@facilityops.ai and we will opt you out.
- Google: you can use the Google Analytics opt out browser add on and Google’s My Ad Center to limit ads.
- Microsoft Clarity: see Microsoft’s privacy statement for its choices.
- Do Not Track: there is no common standard for Do Not Track signals, so we treat Global Privacy Control as the signal we honor.
If you are in the EU, EEA or UK, you can refuse non essential cookies in your browser settings, and you can contact us at any time to object to analytics or advertising.
6. Your privacy rights
You can ask to see, correct, delete or take a copy of your personal information, and you can opt out of marketing and targeted advertising. We honor these requests wherever you live, and the laws listed below may give you more.
Your rights
- Know and access: what personal information we hold about you, where it came from, why we use it and who we share it with, and a copy of it.
- Correct: fix information that is wrong.
- Delete: remove your information, unless we must keep it by law or to finish something you asked for.
- Portability: receive your information in a common, readable format.
- Opt out: of the sale or sharing of personal information, targeted advertising, and profiling. We do not sell personal information for money.
- Object or restrict: for people in the EU, EEA and UK, object to processing based on legitimate interests and limit how we use your information.
- Withdraw consent: where we rely on consent.
US state laws. These rights come from laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA), the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, and similar laws in Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Oregon and other states. We do not treat you differently, charge you more or give you a worse service for using your rights.
EU, EEA and UK. You can also complain to your local data protection authority. We would like the chance to fix your concern first.
How to make a request
- Email info@facilityops.ai with the subject line “Privacy request” and tell us which right you want to use.
- We confirm we received it within 10 business days and may ask for details to check your identity, usually by matching information we already hold. We never ask for more than we need.
- We answer within 45 days. If we need more time, we tell you why, and the total will not pass 90 days.
An authorized agent may make a request for you with your signed permission; we may still check your identity with you directly. To opt out of targeted advertising, email us the same way.
Appeals. If we decline your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision with the subject line “Privacy appeal”. We answer appeals within 60 days. If you are still not satisfied, you can contact your state attorney general.
7. Retention, security and other terms
How long we keep information. We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy:
- Enquiries and leads: up to 3 years after our last contact with you, unless you become a customer or ask us to delete it sooner.
- Customer and contract records: for the length of the relationship plus the period the law requires for business and tax records.
- Analytics and session data: for the period set in each tool, which we keep to 14 months or less where the tool allows.
- Marketing opt outs: we keep your email on a suppression list so we never email you again by mistake.
Security. We protect information with access controls, encrypted (HTTPS) connections, accounts limited to the people who need them, and service providers bound by contract to protect it. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security. If a breach affects your information, we notify you and the authorities as the law requires.
International transfers. We are based in the United States and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. When we move personal information out of the EU, EEA or UK, we use approved safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU US Data Privacy Framework where a provider is certified.
Children. Our sites are for businesses and professionals. They are not meant for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you think a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Marketing emails. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. You can also email info@facilityops.ai. We stop marketing emails within 10 business days, though we may still send messages about a pilot, a contract or a request you made.
Changes to this policy. When we change this policy, we update the effective date at the top. If a change is significant, we also post a notice on our site or email you before it takes effect.
