Running in a Live Data Center
At the CRSC Data Center, powered by Solutions IS, in Houston, a FacilityOps robot ran autonomous inspection rounds from July 28, 2026. In the first three weeks it found a failed condenser running 7.2°F warmer than its twin, and the unit was repaired.

How much does a Pilot Proof Pack cost?
A FacilityOps Pilot Proof Pack starts at $25,000 for 30 to 60 days on one site and one primary route, scoped to the complexity of the site. It includes the robot and sensor hub, route setup, scheduled runs, weekly readouts and a full Proof Pack, with success criteria agreed in writing before the start.
How much does Inspection as a Service cost?
Inspection as a Service is typically $60,000 to $100,000 per year per facility. The final price is scoped to your site, the coverage area and the robot mix, and it includes the robots and sensor hubs we deploy, scheduled routes, audit ready reports, platform access, updates and support.
What drives the annual price?
Three things: the size of the site, how much of it the routes cover, and the mix of robots, drones and sensor hubs needed to cover it. We size all three to your facility and put them in a written quote.
What happens after the pilot?
You receive the full Proof Pack and a closeout recommendation. If you subscribe soon after closeout, a meaningful share of the pilot fee is credited toward your first year, and the routes and baselines carry straight into the subscription.
Who owns the inspection records?
You do. Every image, reading, report and record captured at your facility belongs to you.
Does this replace our technicians?
No. The robots take the repetitive rounds and capture the evidence. Your technicians and qualified people review the exceptions, make the calls and do the work.
Prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes. Final pricing is confirmed in a written quote for your facility. FacilityOps AI documents conditions; it does not certify compliance or guarantee a specific saving. FacilityOps AI is a d/b/a of RoboSkill Inc.
