  • Users remain responsible for operational decisions and outcomes

6. Intellectual Property

  • Users may not copy, modify, or distribute our systems without permission

7. Confidentiality

  • Any proprietary information shared by FacilityOps must be kept confidential
  • This includes workflows, system design, and operational methods

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Total liability is limited to the fees paid for the service.
